Summer Reading Program
(Adrian & Worthington Branch - June through August)
Summer reading programs are offered for all age groups! These programs help students maintain and grow their learning and reading abilities, while earning library dollars to spend at the library store, enjoying experiments, crafts and games. The Summer Reading Program in Worthington closes with a carnival in August.

BookFlix by Scholastic
Animated, talking storybooks for grades PreK-3. It pairs a fiction and nonfiction book by theme. Also games and other activities. Build your early literacy skills here. (Nobles County Library card required to access)
ScienceFlix
For approximately grades 3-9. More than fifty complete scientific units in six areas. Videos, articles written at three reading levels, project and experiment ideas, and more. (Nobles County Library card required to access)
Watch and Learn Library
More than 200 educational videos with real-world footage. For grades Pre-K to 3. In both English and Spanish. Builds knowledge on all topics, and expands your vocabulary. (Nobles County Library card required to access)
Picture & Chapter Books
No matter the interest or reading level, we have books for these emerging readers! Both branches have picture books, leveled readers, and a nice selection of chapter books sure to inspire the love of reading. If you can’t find what you are looking for on the shelf, we can get it from another library. Don’t know what to read? Ask a librarian to help you with a few suggestions.
